Science Summit at the 79th United Nations General Assembly
On the 11th of September, 2024 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm New York time, @MATES4Kids hosted a side-event at the Science Summit at the 79th UN General Assembly (UNGA 79).
The title of the presentation was "Bridging Science and Health Equity: Reducing Preventable Mortality Associated with Childhood NCDs." Our event featured speakers from International Pediatric Association (IPA), Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, CLAN Child Health Africa, International Fund Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (IFCAH), and the SicklED team from Lehigh University.
