On the 28th of February 2022, CLAN will be celebrating International Rare Disease Day for 2022, in partnership with Child & Youth Care Zimbabwe. Zimbabwe has been selected by EURORDIS (the European Organisation for Rare Diseases) as one of the African countries to present their Rare Diseases Heroes globally.
To celebrate this day, we would like to invite you to join Child & Youth Care Zimbabwe’s Virtual Run, for its final weeks, and on the 28th of February, to engage in a Facebook Live where Child & Youth Care will light up the exterior of buildings with the Rare Disease Day colours of green, pink, blue and purple, in solidarity with other participants. |
The Virtual Run has been hosted throughout February - but it is not too late to start now! There is a registration fee of $5 USD, and participants are encouraged to send proof of registration (and any additional donations you may like to make), running statistics and pictures of the event to Child & Youth Care Zimbabwe via Whatsapp using the number +263 777510370 !
The event can be joined from anywhere around the world. Challenge yourself, your family and your friends. Select your distance and fundraising goal yourself!
