​Dr Andrew Twineamatsiko
​Community Development Officer

Dr. Andrew is a selfless, resilient and caring medical doctor, with experience in clinical practice and public health. He is especially interested in reducing barriers to healthcare across the African region, with a special interest in children living with chronic diseases. Dr. Andrew undertook medical school at Gulu University, Uganda, now studying his Masters of Public Health at Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi.

Misbah Iqbal Hanif
Community Development Officer

Misbah Hanif is a clinical geneticist working at the National Institute of Child Health in Karachi, Pakistan. Misbah has played a significant role in supporting the CAH community in Pakistan as one of CLAN’s Community Development Officers, facilitating support groups for families throughout Pakistan as well as the provision of medicine.

Dr Yen Thanh Mac
Community Development Officer

Yen-Thanh is an accomplished medical doctor, who is now undertaking her Master of Health Economics and Management. Yen-Thanh has played an integral role in CLAN’s efforts in Vietnam, supporting CLAN for over 12 years. Yen-Thanh worked comprehensively in her first 5 years in the role, and for the last 7 years, has volunteered her time around her busy schedule where possible. Recently, Yen-Thanh’s most notable efforts have pertained to the Nephrotic Syndrome community in Vietnam, but she has engaged with and assisted many communities living with NCDs.
